1. Be nice to Members/Guest
2. Have clean launguage for most of the time
3. Be active on site and server when we get one
4. You must have 3/5 votes to be voted in. The votes have to be from Admins and Admins only!
5. People to Vote: Luke, Rampage And all of the other admins
